  6. It's 2 tsp Curry Powder of your choice, i used medium.
  7. You need 12 oz Cold Water.
  8. It's 1 pints Veg Oil..
  9. Prepare 1 kitchen Roll to drain Meatballs.

  1. Add oil to your fry pan or wok, heat then add meatballs, fry fast turning regulary for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix your batter, add curry powder and salt and pepper mix well..
  3. Add your veg oil to a deep fat fryer or deep saucepan, heat until very hot, heat up for 5 mins..
  4. Drain off your meatballs on kitchen roll to dry off excess oil..
  5. When the veg oil is hot enough, dip you meatball in the batter mix. Using a draining spoon, lift one meatball covered in battermix and gently lower the meatball into the oil. Just add 4 together at a time..
  6. Drain them again on kitchen roll then add then to a oiled oven proof dish and cook in oven when ready to eat. Gas 6 or 210°C for 15 mins..
  7. Serve with a yogurt and mint dip.
