  8. Prepare 1 bunch fresh coriander leaf optional.

  10. You need POUNDED PASTE.
  11. Prepare 4 pounded garlic.
  12. You need 4 pounded shallot.
  13. Prepare SEASONING.
  14. You need 1 dash salt and pepper.

Kimchi Fried Ramen step by step

  1. COOK RAMEN.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil then add ramen/instant noodle and let it simmer for 3 full minute then drain set aside.
  3. Pound garlic and shallot then set aside.
  4. KIMCHI RAMEN.
  5. Oil in pan sauté pounded paste till fragrance then add cooked ramen with kimchi and eggs.
  6. Once egg start to set then stir fry to mix and add seasoning.
  7. Add spring onion and chili pepper and stir fry for about 1 minute till ramen are dry and lightly brown at the bottom.
  8. Off heat and serve.
