- First,Preheat your oven at 180 Degree Celsius..
- Swift all dry ingredients (All-purpose flour, baking powder) in a bowl and set it a side..
- Beat butter in a separate bowl until becomes light and creamy..
- Now add three eggs one by one and add sugar in 4 portions while beating the eggs, beat until becomes light in colour and fluffy in texture..
- Now add 2-3 drops of orange essence and 2 tbsp of thick yogurt (don't skip yogurt, because it makes the cake soft and elevates the orange flavor),and add 2 tbsp of Orange Marmalade Jam (those orange zest really makes it good, make sure to put zest that is in the jam),Now beat just until well combined.Set the beater aside and let, spatula handle the rest of the work..
