- In a frying pan add your butter and melt. When done so add your onion and garlic and fry till a bit brown then add your chorizo and fry for 5 mins. Add your chicken and fry for 5 more mins Then add your pasta water, peppers, basil and the stock cube and simmer. When the chicken is cooked add your cream cheese and season with salt and pepper..
