- Take 300 gms malai paneer cut it into long rectangle and insert satay stick in the center, sprinkle some salt over it and keep it aside..
- In a non-stick pan, take butter, once butter melts add garlic and cook it for 20 seconds, then add chopped parsley and again cook it for another 20 seconds..
- Now add peanut butter to it, once you add peanut butter it will start melting, cook it for 10-15 seconds, then add water and mix well..
- Now add peri peri masala, soy sauce, salt, vinegar and chopped peanuts, mix well..
- Adjust consistency of the sauce using more water if required, remember it should coat the paneer well..
- Now slowly holding the satay stick coat each paneer slice in the sauce and cook it in the sauce for 1-2 minutes..
- Switch off the gas and take the paneer satay in a serving plate, garnish with bell peppers, parsley and sprinkle some chopped peanuts over it. Serve hot..
