Samosa step by step
- Add flour,salt and water in a bowl mix to form a thick batter.
- Heat a non stick pan and use brush to brush the batter on the pan to form a circle sheet, cover with kitchen napkin and set aside.
- Preheat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add onion and ginger fry for 1 min, add the minced meat,spices and seasoning, fry for 3mins then add water and cover it to boil for 5min until the meat is cooked..
- In a small bowl add 2 tbsp flour, salt and water to form a batter. Cut each sheet into two equal size. Take one side of the sheet, use the batter to seal but side to form a cone..

- Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.
