  1. Add flour,oil,salt in a vessel and mix well and now some water and a little hard dough..
  2. Heat oil in a pan add peas,mixed potato,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,green chilli,salt and fry for 2 mints..
  3. Mix green coriander and turn off gas. Make small dough balls,flatten it and cut from the middle. Paste one part on the chapati with water. Fill a mixture of potato peas.
  4. Rub water and seal it. Heat the oil in a pan take the pan till the samosa is golden..
