  6. It's 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
  8. Prepare 2 tbls parmesan cheese.

  1. Mix cheddar and mozzarella cheese and set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, melt butter with garlic, then add the salt and Italian herbs. Turn heat off, mix in the parmesan cheese and set aside.
  3. Pinch out tiny pieces from the pizza dough (you should get about 12-15 balls), stretch out the dough and fill with the cheese mixture. Arrange the cheese filled balls in an oven proof pan and set aside to rise. I usually stuff the dough with enough cheese so it is very thin.
