  2. Mix all the dry ingredients and put aside.
  3. Beat two eggs untill they become fluffy and add the ¼ of milk remaining and beat till incorporated.
  4. Take chicken pieces add them to mixture of milk and eggs.
  5. Crumb them with dry ingredients.
  6. Then deep in a hot cooking oil.
  7. Fry till golden brown.
  8. Serve with ugali or your favourite meal.
