  9. You need 1/4 Cup frozen mixed veg ie, peas, Cauliflour, carrot.
  10. Prepare 2 slices lemon.
  11. It's 1 Squeeze the lemon.
  12. It's 1/4 cup fresh parsley.
  13. Prepare 1/4 cup black cracked pepper.
  14. You need 12 tsp Sea salt.
  15. It's 1/4 tsp Malt vinegar.
  16. It's 2 tbls double cream.

  1. Add the butter to melt in 1 large frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the fresh chopped fennel, basil and chopped parsley.

  7. Then the broccoli, corn cobs, mixed veg, lemon juice and 2 slices lemon. Cover the pan and slow cook on low heat, simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.it will have a little juice from the water off the frozen veg.

  9. Take off the heat and when cooled take the fish out carefully in one piece set aside. add the cream stir in the veg..
  10. Add the fish back on top and bring to the boil and lower just to heat the fish up..
  11. Serve with boiled Rice or a little mashed potatoe. And a little fennel leves on top..
