My family love veg curry - We take this to a lot of potluck parties and it always gets over quickly! We have always loved Thai food and this curry recipe is for keeps. I share vegetarian recipes from India & around the World. welcome dr jaishree glad your family liked the thai veg green curry recipe thankyou for your positive. I loved that recipe, but since I haven't eaten meat in almost a year, I knew that I needed a meatless version for emergency veggie korma cravings. I can honestly say that this homemade vegetarian korma is every bit as tasty as the one served at my favorite Indian buffet restaurant here in town. Mixed vegetable curry for chapati/ghee rice. My Favorite things include my Wusthof knife, Coffee, Ilayaraja, Tamil and beaches. Thank you and good luck
