Ingredients make Mohan thal
- Prepare 250 gram chickpea flour (2.5 cups).
- It's 3 tablespoon melted ghee.
- You need 3 tablespoon warm milk.
- Prepare 3/4 cup ghee.
- Prepare 1/4 cup milk.
- Prepare sugar syrup.
- Prepare 200 gm sugar.
- You need 100 gm water.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder.
- You need 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder.

Turn off the gas and add 1/8 cup of milk and keep stirring. Add the remaining milk and keep on stirring until the froth settles. Take extra care when adding milk.
