- Add eggs,1 cup of sugar, half can of coconut milk,3/4can of condense milk ,evaporated milk and 1/4cup of grated cheese.Blend it well..
- Placed it on a greased pan and bake for 1hr..
- For toppings.add the remaining coconut milk, condense milk, sugar and flour on a caserole.mix it all on a medium heat until become thick..
- Layer it on the top of cassava cake and you can sprinkle grated coconut and grated parmesan cheese on top of it.Bake it again on 230°c heat in just 15mins and let it cool..
