- You need Batter.
- Prepare 2 packs gratted cassava.
- Prepare 1 can coconut milk.
- It's 1/2 can evaporated milk.
- You need 2 pcs raw eggs.
- Prepare 1/4 cup butter, melted.
- Prepare 6 tbsp chesse, grated.
- It's 1/2 cup condense milk.
- You need 14 tbsp sugar.
- Prepare Toppings.
- It's 1 can coconut milk.
- It's 2 tbsp sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup condense milk.
- It's 2 tbsp flour.
- Prepare 2 tbsp chesse, grated.
- You need 1 piece raw egg.
Cassava Cake instructions
- Combine the grated cassava, butter, condense milk, evap milk, chesse, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly..
- Add the coconut milk in the mixing bowl where the mix ingredients are. Mix again..
- Grease the baking tray then pour in the batter (ingredients that has just been mix).
- Pre-heat oven for 180°F celcius for 10min then put in the baking tray with batter and bake for 1hr. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Meanwhile preparevthe toppings by combining the sugar and flour and put in a heated saucepan..
- Pour in the condense milk then mix thoroughly..
- Add the chesse while stirring constantly..
- Pour the coconut milk and stir constantly for 10mins..
- Pour the topping over the cassava cake and spread evenly..
- Seperate the yolk from the egg white and glaze the topping with the egg white..
- Put the cassava cake again in the oven untill colors turn light brown..
- Garnish with grated chesse and serve..
