Ingredients cook Mango Panna Cotta

  1. Prepare 3 Mangoes.
  2. Prepare 2 cups Mango pulp.
  3. Prepare 1 cup Milk.
  4. Prepare 2 cups Fresh cream.
  5. It's As per taste Sugar.
  6. It's 3-4 tsp Agar Agar.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence.
  8. You need 1/2 cup Mango juice.

Mango Panna Cotta step by step

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes..
  2. Puree the mangoes..
  3. Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup mango juice and add agar agar and dissolve it. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Keep aside for 10 minutes..
  4. Now take glasses and keep them in a slanting position in a bowl or a muffin tray..
  5. Add the mango juice to the mango purée and pour this mixture into the glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.if in the freezer section then little less time..
  6. Take the milk in a pan and keep on gas. Add agar agar and keep it aside for 10 minutes..
  7. After ten minutes add the fresh cream and whisk it with the whisker. Keep aside..
  8. Check the mango purée set in the glasses. If set properly then pour the cream mixture into the glasses and again refrigerate for two hours..
  9. When set properly garnish with mango chunks and mint leaves on top..
  10. Serve chilled..
