Ingredients cook Mango Panna Cotta
- Prepare 3 Mangoes.
- Prepare 2 cups Mango pulp.
- Prepare 1 cup Milk.
- Prepare 2 cups Fresh cream.
- It's As per taste Sugar.
- It's 3-4 tsp Agar Agar.
- It's 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence.
- You need 1/2 cup Mango juice.
Mango Panna Cotta step by step
- Wash and peel the mangoes..
- Puree the mangoes..
- Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup mango juice and add agar agar and dissolve it. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Keep aside for 10 minutes..
- Now take glasses and keep them in a slanting position in a bowl or a muffin tray..
- Add the mango juice to the mango purée and pour this mixture into the glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.if in the freezer section then little less time..
- Take the milk in a pan and keep on gas. Add agar agar and keep it aside for 10 minutes..
- After ten minutes add the fresh cream and whisk it with the whisker. Keep aside..
- Check the mango purée set in the glasses. If set properly then pour the cream mixture into the glasses and again refrigerate for two hours..
- When set properly garnish with mango chunks and mint leaves on top..
- Serve chilled..
