- It's 1 cup cream.
- It's 2 tbsp gelatin powder.
- It's 1 tbsp warm water.
- Prepare 2 tbsp sugar.
Rose Milk Pannacotta step by step
- Dissolve the gelatin powder in warm water completely until it blooms (swells up)..
- Heat the cream in a pan and add the dissolved gelatin to it..
- Add rose milk powder and sugar (only if needed and powder is unsweetended). Mix well..
- Let this mixture cool then pour it into a ramekin/cup/glass and set in the fridge for 2 hours..
- Best results is set overnight in the fridge..
