  1. It's 3 tbsp rose milk powder.
  2. It's 1 cup cream.
  3. It's 2 tbsp gelatin powder.
  4. It's 1 tbsp warm water.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp sugar.

Rose Milk Pannacotta step by step

  1. Dissolve the gelatin powder in warm water completely until it blooms (swells up)..
  2. Heat the cream in a pan and add the dissolved gelatin to it..
  3. Add rose milk powder and sugar (only if needed and powder is unsweetended). Mix well..
  4. Let this mixture cool then pour it into a ramekin/cup/glass and set in the fridge for 2 hours..
  5. Best results is set overnight in the fridge..
