  1. Firstly wash then peel all the vegetables.. Then cut into small thin pieces.
  2. Now take a pressure cooker and put all the vegetables along with arhar daal & water...
  3. Add salt, turmeric and1spoon of oil or ghee.

  5. 3-4whistles then low the flame.. Cook for 15 minutes more.
