  1. Heat a pan, add all dry masale and dry roast the masala. Coil it and griend it..
  2. Now heat oil in pan add hing and mustard seeds and turmeric powder, when seeds crackle add raw mango slice and cook on low flame, Stirr regularly..
  3. Now take another pan add sugar and 1 cup water and maje sugar syrup..
  4. When mango cooked or soft add sugar syrup, all dry masala powder and all regular masale and mix well..
  5. Cook till then the mixture thick and mix with masala..
  6. Then switch off gass..
  7. Achar is ready serve with roti ice, bread or paratha..
