  2. Prepare 1/2 lb Raw shrimp.
  3. Prepare 2 packages 5oz. Yellow rice.
  4. It's 2 stalk Celery.
  5. It's 2 Plum tomatoes.
  6. Prepare 1 Bell pepper.
  7. You need 1 Red pepper.
  8. It's 1 Jalepenoe.
  9. It's 1/2 Sweet onion.
  10. You need 3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce.
  11. You need 1 cup Mango sauce.
  12. You need dash Salt.
  13. You need dash Black pepper.
  14. You need 1 Lime juice.

Sweet n Spicy Stuffed Fish step by step

  1. Clean fish.
  2. Butterfly and rinse fish.
  3. Soak the fish in lime juice for 45mins to hour in the refrigerator.
  4. While fish is soaking, prepare your yellow rice as directed on the package.
  5. While rice is cooking, dice your celery, onion, bell pepper, red pepper, plum tomatoes and jalepenoe. Set aside in a medium container.
  6. Season your shrimp with old bay seasoning and refrigerate.
  7. When rice is done and has cooled off a little. Mix the rice with the ingredients in medium bowl along with the shrimp and 3 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce.
  8. Lay your fish on aluminum foil (butterfly) and brush with mango sauce, fill half of the fish with rice mixture.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 30-35mins... (If grill, grill for 15-20mins.
  10. Fold fish over, season with salt and pepper, close aluminum foil and place on baking sheet.
