- Take a pan. Add little oil in it add mustard seeds in it. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies in it. Cook it. Now add boiled mashed potatoes in it add salt turmeric Redchilli and coriander powder in it and mix it. Add coriander leaves in it. Keep.it aside and let it cool..
- Now take a mixing bowl. Add besan in it add water to make thick consistency batter add carrom seeds, salt, Redchilli powder, pinch of hing in it and mix it properly. Make small balls of potato mixture and keep aside. Now dip the balls and deep fry it in oil..
