3. Prepare 2 tbsp milk of choice (I used oatly barista milk).

5. It's 100 mls super cold milk of choice.
6. It's Coffee froth.
7. You need 2 tbsp instant coffee.
8. You need 1 tbsp sugar.
9. Prepare 2 tbsp boiling water.

1. Put your 100 mls milk in the freezer for 5 or 10 mins to really chilli it down..
2. In a wide based bowl whisk together the ingredients for the froth until... well frothy!.
3. Melt the chocolate and milk together in the microwave, stirring every ten seconds until it’s combined. Add a little more milk to loosen it up then spoon this into your glass for the base layer..
4. Gently pour your ice cold coffee on top of the chocolate base layer..
5. Then spoon your coffee froth on top. Give it a final dusting of cocoa and enjoy!.
