- Peel & mash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1/2 tsp hing. Add mustard sesds, let them crackle. Add curry leaves, garlic, chana dal, saute for a minute. Add mashed potatoes. Add haldi, salt & coriander leaves & mix well. Keep aside.
