  1. Prepare 1 big ripe mango.
  2. It's 50 gm sugar.
  3. It's 1 glass water.
  4. You need 1 tbsp cornflour.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp ararot.
  6. It's 2-3 tsp coconut powder for garnish.
  7. You need As needed oil for greesing.

Mango jelly step by step

  1. Take mango peel off and cut into small pieces.take mixer jar add pieces of mango and 1 glass water make pure.
  2. Pour into a pan add sugar, cornflor and ararot in the pure.
  3. Mix it all well...
  4. Take pan add this mixture in it on medium flame cook for 10 min...
  5. Make thik paste.off the flame and cool it for 10 min...
  6. Take a disposable glass and greesing with some oil..pour the mixture into glass.and freeze it to 1 hour for setting the jelly...
  7. Then jelly was set.take out on the plate and cut into small round piece. And dip in the coconut powder..and serve it chill...
