Ingredients make Homemade fruit jelly

  1. You need 1 cup fresh mango juice.
  2. It's 1 cup fresh strawberry juice.
  3. It's 1 tablespoon gelatin.
  4. You need 1/4 cup boiled water.
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons sugar.
  6. It's 2 drops red colour(optional).
  7. You need 2 drops yellow colour(optional).

Homemade fruit jelly step by step

  1. Take one cup of mango and one cup of strawberry fresh juice then take one tablespoon of gelatin and declove with lukewarm water (total 2 tablespoons of both juice)..
  2. Boil both juice in a different saucepan with gelatin mixture and sugar, whisk well until the mixture starts to thicken. Once the mixture is nice and thick let it cool down. After that pour juice in mould, cup and glass then put it in the refrigerator for setting at least 2-3 hours..
  3. Now if you wish to make it attractive then make a layer of it same as shown in picture. (Ex. In glass first pour mango layer then put it in the refrigerator after pouring some strawberry juice on top of it again put it in the refrigerator to get set..
