- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 pinch Heeng.

- Crush garlic,ginger,green chillies together.
- Add cumin seeds,heeng,curry leaves, crushed paste from the step above in 1tsp hot oil.
- Add red chilli powder,boiled crushed potatoes and mix it with spatula.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Take gram flour in a bowl and add red chilli powder,turmeric powder, salt, mix it.
- Add water gradually and make a paste.
- Shape potato mixture from step 1 round,make several balls of potatoes.
- Drop it in gram flour slurry.
- Deep fry in oil till golden colour appears.
- Take pav and slit it from middle.
- Add little vada pav Chutney in middle and place these vada also.
