  2. Now make besan batter. Mix besan with water, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 and half cup of water, salt. And mix it well. Batter should be slightly thick..
  3. Now make small balls from potato mixture. Deep that ball to besan batter and deep fry it. Till it become golden..
