- You need Oil for cooking.
- Prepare Okonomiyaki Sauce.
- It's Japanese Mayonnaise.
- You need Aonori, Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes), Benishoga (Pickled Ginger) *optional.

- Make the batter by mixing the Flour, Water, Eggs, Salt and Dashi Powder..
