  1. It's 1 head (*about 300g) Broccoli *cut into small florets, thick stem sliced.
  2. It's 2-3 teaspoons Sesame Oil.
  3. It's 2 pinches Salt.
  4. Prepare 2-3 tablespoons Water.
  5. You need 1 packet Korean ‘Gim-gui’ OR 1 sheet Toasted Sushi Nori *torn into small pieces.
  6. You need Toasted Sesame Seeds OR Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix).

Stir-fried Broccoli & Nori instructions

  1. Heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add Broccoli, Salt and Water, cover with a lid and steam-cook for a few minutes..
  2. When the Water is evaporated, remove the lid and stir-fry until slightly browned..
  3. Add ‘Gim-gui’ OR Toasted Nori, toss to combine, sprinkle with Toasted Sesame Seeds OR Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix), and serve immediately..
  4. *Note: Alternatively, allow the Broccoli to cool, then mix with ‘Gim-gui’ OR Toasted Nori just before you serve..
