  1. Wash and boil quinoa till it becomes tender.let me also show all the ingredients pictorially.
  2. Now in a wok add oil, saute green onion in it, also add red chillies whole and other veggies,ginger and garlic grated, salt too.
  3. Add Red thai sauce in it, add quinoa too and mix all the ingredients thoroughly..also add coconut milk.adjust it's consistency..add basil leaves too..
