- It's 1 tsp salt.

- Prepare 1/2 lemon juice.
Quinoa balls step by step
- Mix all the ingredients very well.
- Knead like a dough..
- Make small balls/cutlets of the dough.
- Brush them with some oil and bake in oven in a greased tray @200 temperature for 20-25mins.
- Or brush them with oil and bake them in air fryer @200 temperature for 10-10 minutes both the sides..
- Serve hot with any chutney,dip or sauce of your choice..
