  5. It's 1 tsp powdered sugar.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp oil.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp instant dry yeast.
  8. It's For stuffing:-.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp oil.
  10. Prepare 3-4 cloves garlic.
  11. You need 2 tbsp onion chopped.
  12. You need 1 green chilli chopped.
  13. You need 2 no tomatoes chopped.
  14. It's 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  15. You need 1 tsp chilli flakes.
  16. It's 1/2 tsp pepper powder.
  17. It's 1/2 tsp oregano.
  18. You need 1 tsp peri peri masala.
  19. Prepare 2 tbsp cabbage finely chopped.
  20. It's 2 tbsp corn parboiled.

  22. You need 2 tbsp capsicum chopped.
  23. You need 2 tbsp carrots chopped.

Masala Veggies Bun step by step

  1. Take flour in a bowl and add semolina, salt, sugar, oil and instant dry yeast and mix well..
  2. Now with help of Lukewarm water knead soft dough similar to roti dough..
  3. After kneading the dough Grease your hands with some oil and knead for 5-6 minutes until smooth.
  4. Keep the dough ideal for 15 mins or till it swells to double in size.
  5. For stuffing:- Heat oil in a kadai add onion, garlic, green chilli and saute for 30 seconds till lightly golden..
  6. Add tomatoes and saute till it become mashy. Add salt, red chilli, chilli flakes, pepper powder, oregano, peri peri masala and 1 tsp water and mix well..
  7. Add all vegetables and mix well. Add sugar, mayonese and mix well..
  8. Cook till mixer become dry and transfer mixer in bowl cool. Add cheese and mix well..
  9. After half an hour the knead dough gently again and make make six equal sized ball..
  10. Grease the baking tray. Roll each dough and place stuffing in centre and gather the ends of the dough and again shape as a ball..
  11. Arrange the balls in greased baking tray and apply a coat of milk..
  12. Bake bun for 20-25 minutes at 180ยฐยข in preheated oven. From oven take out all bun and cool them..
  13. For masala bun:- Heat oil in a kadai add vadapav chutney and mix well. Add bun and mix well add coriander leaves. Cook 5 minutes.
  14. Transfer In the plate and serve with onion salad and lemon slice..
