Masala Veggies Bun step by step
- Take flour in a bowl and add semolina, salt, sugar, oil and instant dry yeast and mix well..
- Now with help of Lukewarm water knead soft dough similar to roti dough..
- After kneading the dough Grease your hands with some oil and knead for 5-6 minutes until smooth.
- Keep the dough ideal for 15 mins or till it swells to double in size.
- For stuffing:- Heat oil in a kadai add onion, garlic, green chilli and saute for 30 seconds till lightly golden..
- Add tomatoes and saute till it become mashy. Add salt, red chilli, chilli flakes, pepper powder, oregano, peri peri masala and 1 tsp water and mix well..

- Grease the baking tray. Roll each dough and place stuffing in centre and gather the ends of the dough and again shape as a ball..
- Arrange the balls in greased baking tray and apply a coat of milk..
- Bake bun for 20-25 minutes at 180ยฐยข in preheated oven. From oven take out all bun and cool them..
- For masala bun:- Heat oil in a kadai add vadapav chutney and mix well. Add bun and mix well add coriander leaves. Cook 5 minutes.
