- You need 4 tbsp light soy sauce.
- It's 4 tbsp Ket jap Manis.
- Prepare 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce.
- It's 2 tbsp sesame oil.
- It's 2 tbsp white or red wine vinegar.
- Prepare 3 tsp caster sugar.
- Prepare Season with salt and pepper.

- Cut chicken into strips and set in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the sauce ingredients and add half of the ginger, garlic and chilli. Stir until well mixed. Add 2-3 tbsp sauce to chicken and marinate for 10 minutes..
