  1. It's 250 gm gobi / cauliflower (Grated).
  2. It's 2 potato chopped.
  3. Prepare to taste Salt and red chilli.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric.

  6. Prepare leaves Chopped coriander.
  7. You need 3 tbsp oil.

  1. Heat oil add jeera,veggies and all spices.
  2. Cover it and cook on low dlame till 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes when it proper cooked add green coriander and serve.
