- Season with salt pepper and toss in the boiled vegetables. Stir well and cover. Let it simmer for 5-8 minutes..
- Add the kasuri methi, water or vegetable broth. and garam masala. Let it stand without cover for another 2 minutes. Season a bit with sugar if u like it a littke sweet..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice! Drizzle a but of ghee for rich taste..
