Aloo Gobi Masala instructions

  1. Peel and cut Potatoes into small cubes. Boil them. Keep aside..
  2. Cut cauliflower into small flowerets, heat some water add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder when it's boiling. Switch off the flame. Add the cauliflower pieces. Cover it with a lid. Let stay for 10 mins, drain and keep aside..
