  1. Prepare 1 big cup shredded cabbage.
  2. You need 1/4 cup boiled potato cubes.
  3. You need 1/4 cup chopped onion.
  4. It's 1/2 tsp oil.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp mustard cummin seeds.
  6. It's few curry leaves.
  7. You need 1/8 tsp turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare 3/4 tsp green chillies ginger paste.
  9. Prepare to taste Salt.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
  11. It's as required Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish.

Gobi-Aloo Sabzi step by step

  1. Shred cabbage with slicer. Peel and chop onion and boiled potato..
  2. In kadhai add,heat oil. Add mustard cumin seeds,as they splutter add curry leaves and turmeric powder..
  3. Add onion and boiled potato cubes. Saute for 2 mins..
  4. Add green chillies ginger paste and shredded cabbage,salt. Mix well and cook for few minutes till cabbage is soft. Squeeze lemon juice on it. Off the flame..
  5. Serve Delicious Gobi Aloo Sabzi garnishing with finely chopped coriander leaves with Roti /Dal, or Thepla/ Kadhi as side dish..
