  1. It's 1 medium size Cauliflower(only florets).
  2. You need 2 medium size aloo(cut in dice) potatoes.
  3. You need to taste Salt.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp oil.
  5. You need 1 tbsp desi ghee.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp cream.
  7. You need 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp coriander powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp cumin powder.
  11. It's 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Prepare 2 diagonal cut green chillies.
  13. It's 1 onion paste.
  14. You need 1 tomato paste.
  15. It's 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  16. You need 1 tsp kasoori methi.
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.

  1. First wash properly Gobi & aloo. Heat oil & ghee in a Kadai. Put Gobi & aloo fry little brown.add onion paste. Fry with the Gobi aloo. Add tomato & ginger garlic paste. Fry well..
  2. Now add all dry masala one by one. If required add little water to mix well all the masala..
  3. Add kasoori methi &garam masala. Cover it. If required sprinkle little water. Cook in slow flame. After 3-4mins check the sabzi. Add cream mix well,.
  4. Turn gas off, add chopped few coriander leaves mix it & cover the lid. Open lid before serving add remaining chopped coriander leaves..
