- Prepare 1 cauliflower medium size.
- It's 2 potatoes.
- Prepare 2 big tomatoes.
- You need 1/2 cup green peas.
- It's to taste Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp haldi (Turmeric)powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder.

Gobi Matar Aloo step by step
- Wash and chop the potatoes and cauliflower into medium pieces and keep aside..
- In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add jeera and chopped potatoes and fry slightly till u get red spots..
- Then add chopped cauliflower and saute for 5-7 mins..
- Add green peas..
- Add all masalas and chopped tomatoes and salt and mix well..
- Sprinkle few drops of water and cover and cook on low flame till potatoes are soft..
- Serve hot with roti..
