- You need 1 lg cauliflower.
- You need 2 big size potatoes.
- Prepare 1 Chopped onion.
- It's 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- You need 2 Chopped tomatoes.
- Prepare to taste Turmeric and Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 Green chillies.
- You need 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp Garam masala powder.

- At first cut the cauliflower and potatoes into pieces. Wash them properly and boil for 2-3 minutes..
- After draining water fry the cauliflower and potatoes into hot oil and keep them aside..
- Now heat some oil. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and whole spices. Add chopped onions and fry till get brown. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook well till the tomatoes get little tender. Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Cook till the oil get separated. Add salt and sugar to taste..
- Now add the fried pieces of cauliflower and potatoes.Add turmeric and red chilli powder. Cook them well for 2-3 minutes..
- Add little hot water to the mixture.let them boil. When the gravy becomes dry add garam masala powder..
- Finally the recipe is ready to be served with parathr, hot steamed rice..
