  1. TO MAKE THE DOUGH

    Mix all the ingredients for pizza base in a bowl (except curd) by hand to get crumbles..

  2. Mix sour curd and make the dough. If required add warm water..
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep in the warm place for 1 hour..
  4. FOP PIZZA BAKING

    Chop the veggies and mix the herbs, chilli flakes,1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese. Mix nicely..

  5. After 1 hr in a baking tray sprinkle some flour. Make the base from the dough..
  6. Apply butter first then the pizza sauce all over the base and next mozzarella cheese evenly and then the veggies with herbs..
  7. Finally spread the remaining mozzarella cheese on the top of the veggies and cook in a pre - heated oven. I have put extra cottage cheese topping on Pizza..
