Ingredients cook Wheat Pizza
- You need for Pizza Base--.
- It's 1/2 cup whole wheat flour.
- It's 1/8 tsp baking soda.
- You need 1/4 tsp baking powder.
- Prepare 1/4 cup curd.
- Prepare 2 tsp oil.
- Prepare as per taste Salt.
- It's for Topping.
- You need 1 cup Veggies(onion, tomato, capsicum yellow & green, baby corn).
- You need 1-2 tsp jalapeno (green and red) based on choice.
- Prepare 1 cup Cheese mozzarella(as per choice you can take less also).
- Prepare 1 tsp herbs.
- You need 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.
- You need As per taste Salt.
- It's 3 tsp pizza sauce.
- It's 1 tsp butter.
Wheat Pizza step by step
- First mix well the pizza base ingredients apart from curd. Now add curd and Knead soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes..
- Now divide into two or three parts, depends how much thickness you want. (I like thin crust so I divided into three parts).
- Now roll it like chapati and prick this pizza base with the help of fork. In pan add salt in bottom and the stand and one plate, now preheat this and once it's hot grease and place pizza base on it..
- Cook for 10-12 minute on medium flame from one side. Follow same process for rest of the base. (Only one side you have to cook).
- Now first spared butter, then spread the pizza sauce, I added lil cheese and all veggies, jalapeno and herbs and chilli flakes and again cheese..
- I did topping on the cooked side, it's your choice you can do on any side..
- I used same pan with salted bottom to cook pizza. So cover and cook, once cheese is melted remove the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes so that it becomes crispy..
- Take it out, cut and enjoy your pizza!!!!.
