  2. It's 1 cup wheat flour.
  3. Prepare 4 tablespoons yoghurt.
  4. It's 1 tablespoon oil.
  5. You need 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  7. You need 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar.
  8. It's to taste Salt.
  9. You need For potato stuffing.
  10. You need 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes.
  11. You need 1 Teaspoon red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder, garam masala.
  12. It's 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
  13. It's 1/4 Teaspoon asafetida.
  14. It's Pinch sugar.
  15. You need to taste Salt.
  16. Prepare as needed Oil.
  17. Prepare For Chatizzaaa.
  18. It's 1 pizza base.
  19. It's 2 tablespoon potato stuffing.
  20. Prepare 1 Tablespoon sweet yoghurt (add sugar powder in yoghurt).
  21. You need 1/2 tablespoon green Coriander paste, Tamarind paste, red chilli garlic paste.
  22. You need As needed namkeen sev, masala peanuts for garnish.

Chatizzaaa instructions

  1. In a bowl add 1 tablespoon yoghurt and oil and mix well. Then add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and salt to taste and knead the dough with the remaining curd. Cover the dough and let it rest for 35-40 minutes..
  2. Meanwhile add oil, Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida in a pan and add mashed potatoes. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander Powder, garam masala, pinch of sugar, salt to taste and saute for 2 to 3 minutes so that no steam remains in the stuffing. Stuffing is ready………..
  3. Now make 3 daugh balls, roll out paratha, prick them using fork, place it on oil greezed dish, bake it in pre heated pressure cooker for 10 minutes. now healthy crispy pizza base is ready………...
  4. Now take the pizza base in a dish. add sweet yoghurt, green Coriander paste, Tamarind paste, red chilli garlic paste and namkeen sev on it. Sprinkle masala peanut on top. Now chatizzaaa is ready…………...
