  1. Perboil rice and add some salt to taste.
  2. Add palm oil in a pot and leave until hot not bleached.
  3. Add onions,tomatoes, pepper,scotch bonnet,ginger,garlic and spices.
  4. Leave to cook for 5min.
  5. Add perboiled rice into sauce.
  6. Stir well and add some eater that will cook the rice.
  7. Add smoked fish.
  8. Cover the pot and allow to cook for 3to5minutes.
  9. Add spinach leaves.
  10. Cover and allow to steam.
  11. READY TO SERVE....
