- It's 400 grm prawns washed and deveined.
- It's 10 pcs Large Pumpkin leaf.
- Prepare 3 tbls Coconut paste.
- You need 3 pcs Garlic cloves.

- Clean the pumpkin leaves and rubbing some salt in it. Now in a blender add mustard seeds, green chilli, poppy seeds,garlic, coconut and add some water to blend it in a smooth paste. Add some salt, mustard oil, and sugar and mix well. Massage some salt on the prawns, and then pour this masala on to them.Coat it very well with the prawns..
- Now spread out one pumpkin leaf, pour about a spoon full of mustard oil and spread it around. Now put some prawns mixture, keep three or four prawns, depend upon the size of leaf.place one of the split green chillies and the closing the leaf as shown. Then use a length of string to tie the leaves together so that it doesnβt open up..
- Take a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, pinch of turmeric and salt. Add little water and our batter is ready. Now dip the paturi in that batter.To fry the paturi, heat mustard oil in a frying pan.Once the oil is hot gently place the paturi in the pan. After 3-5 minutes gently turn the paturi on the pan, after frying 5 minutes our pumpkin leaves prawns are ready..
- Now serve it hot with steamed rice..
